Google integrated the Google Map Maker straight into the Maps iOS App. This enables anyone to add a business that’s missing to Google Maps.

The newest version of the iOS Google Maps app has just been released and it includes an interesting new feature. The feature, as described by Google, is to allow users to “easily add new and missing businesses from the sidebar.” With this update, anyone with a Google account and access to the app can simply add businesses that can’t be found through the sidebar. To do that, you just click the “Add a missing business.” link as shown by this image: add-local-business-google-maps-app After that, you will be directed to this form that you have to complete with all the details about the business you’re adding so that Google can review your submission.
